Sports have always been a powerful tool for promoting community unity. Whether it's through local recreational teams or professional sporting events, the shared experience of supporting a team can bring people together. Sports create a sense of belonging and camaraderie as individuals come together to celebrate victories and support each other through defeats. In addition to fostering a strong sense of community, sports also provide opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to interact and connect with one another. Regardless of social status or personal beliefs, people can put their differences aside and come together in the spirit of competition and teamwork. The organisation has gone from strength to strength, positively impacting young people across various communities in UK through its many initiatives and campaigns.   Michael and Ashley alongside KickOff@3’s youth volunteers, ambassadors and partners, work hard to educate young people, diverting vulnerable youth from criminal activity and violence.
